It has been an exciting week for Safe Saskatchewan. This week signaled a forward stride from a grassroots movement to a not-for-profit organization celebrating the release of our very first annual report.

I couldn't be happier. Kudos goes out to the numerous individuals and organizational partners that helped Safe Saskatchewan get this far. In this past year we have extended our founding partners to include members from the public, private, non-profit and cooperative sectors. We've adopted a strong governance model and further developed our not-for-profit oversight through the creation of a Board of Directors.

Our 2008 Annual Report touches on key milestones and outlines Safe Saskatchewan's Three-Year Strategic and Operational Plan by focusing on our three strategic priorities.
